I'll be running the open sessions on Mondays and Wednesdays

These sessions are your opportunity to ask me questions, chat about the program and meet other members of this small but friendly and supportive community. Please do make use of these sessions, because THIS is what makes this program special.

Please note the newly scheduled Monday evening sessions. While open to anyone, these are designed specifically for people based in US/Canada time zones where the 7pm slot might not be convenient. I’m quite prepared to push this back even later, if 9.30 is still too early.

Please note that 9.30pm UK time is 2.30pm MST, 3.30pm CST and 4.30pm EST
